Shark Diving

This morning we all boarded a boat in Gansbaai to dive with Great White Sharks. Chris was the only one of the group to make it into the cage. Between vomitting I managed to take a few pictures.

On our drive down to Cape Point we passed a family of baboons on the shoulder. We also passed a 45 ton whale in Kommetjie which had washed up on the shore and become a tourist attraction in itself. Later that day the carcass was burned as its oils were attracting sharks.

My mommy arrived this past Monday for a week long visit here in Cape Town! Here are Chris pictures of our second venture to Cape Point on the southern most tip of the African continent.

Mala Mala

This past weekend Chris and I went to northern South Africa for a safari at Mala Mala Game Reserve. The largest private reserve in Africa. Mala Mala shares an unfenced 19 mile border with Kruger National Park. Animals are free to roam from each property. We had an unbelievable time! Here are some pictures!
